In my case, it was my first encounter with therapeutic hypnosis. I had some preconceptions, however, RTT seems to be quite different from conventional hypnosis. I was surprised by how easily Anne Marie was able to put me in a trance, and the treatment was particularly impressive, not so much in the process itself, which is quite gentle, but mostly in the results because in a single session, we were able to recall childhood memories, intrauterine memories, and memories from a past life related to the issue we were working on. This allowed me to immediately understand certain reactions and feelings from that life and gain a new perspective.

Doing RTT made me feel like me again, somehow, so weird to explain but it's so true and real. I feel energized and have even started to make plans on how I can start my own business.
